For our 5-year anniversary tonight, my Asian wife wanted to enjoy some authentic Asian cuisine. We had heard great things about this restaurant, so we decided to give it a try. For starters, we ordered the crab meat asparagus soup, which was delicious. We shared it and finished it all. Next, we tried the fried lobster, which was excellent. I only had a bite since it's too high in cholesterol for me. We also ordered the squid with sea salt, which was fantastic. Overall, we have no complaints and only positive things to say about our experience!
Went there twice last May 2019. Good food but the waitress who took our order was nasty and did not smile at all. We were served lukewarm tea that we asked to be changed but the tea still came back lukewarm. Had the dimsum taro puff and the turnip cake XO was good, and then when we went back, we had the fried shrimp, eggplant, fried chicken and chive dumplings. Best dishes we had were the taro puff, turnip cake, fried shrimp and eggplant. Easy parking and next to the Vietnamese Banh Mi sandwich shop.
We wanted to try a new Dim Sum and this place came up. The building looks old and inside wasn't as fancy either. The food was pretty good. Only if they had additional help coz the place was packed! They only had 2 waitress and 1 bus boy to clean tables. The place was not organized and was a mess. It was hard to place an order and the food took forever. Just to get our check took 30 mins. I would recommend to eat here becuase the food tasted well. But the service was terrible.
Have been to this restaurant a couple of times for dim sum. They have a large selection of dim sum...not just the traditional basic menu. Friendly service and excellent food. The shrimp stuffed eggplant was especially good and the baked bao is my favourite. I'll go back again and again.

Best Dim Sum in the DMV!! Absolutely love this place every time I go! Staff is super nice and helpful. Food is delicious! Massive menu in general and wide dim sum options which are all delicious!! All day dim sum, what’s not to love!!
Vinh Kee Restaurant continues to serve the best bowl of pho I've found in the DC area, especially considering its price. Their menu offers great value without compromising on flavor.
The dim sum is generally good. However, a couple of the dishes were too greasy, like the ?? Taro dumplings. ??? Shanghai pork dumplings were disappointing also.
Freshly steamed dim sum with generous portion accompanied with courteous service and no wait line.... A must go place if you are thinking to have dim sum....

They open at 9:00 AM and serve an Asian breakfast. The pho is good and reasonably priced. I just wish they offered fried egg rolls as well.
The traditional Chinese restaurant should be like so. Staffs are nice. I can not stop eating the foods, High recommend.
