By far the best pizzeria in North Arlington ! Been going to the Villa since I was 5 years old. My parents went when they were in high school 40 years ago. Gino, Joe, and Mark have been like family since I could remember. Student special every hot summer day from kindergarten straight through high school.
Without a doubt, this is the best pizza in town. Many places have declined over the years, but this pizza has consistently stayed top-notch for decades. I always dread Sundays when they’re closed and I crave pizza. Thank you for maintaining such high quality and for always satisfying my family!
The sandwiches are disappointing. The chicken parmesan sandwich was a soggy disaster, made with frozen breaded chicken fillets. The low-moisture part-skim mozzarella added an unappealing odor to the dish. On the bright side, the pizza is quite good.

I attempted to call this restaurant multiple times between 8:00 and 8:30 PM, but no one answered, even though they close at 11:00 PM. It was quite frustrating because I was eager to give this place a chance.
The pizza is consistently delicious and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly, and it has that classic neighborhood charm. It's truly an iconic spot!
They're chicken Parm sandwich has no taste. It's just a couple chicken tenders in a tasteless red sauce.
