The staff did not provide a welcoming atmosphere. Many were left on hold at the front desk, and the responses to our inquiries were often short and dismissive. Throughout our stay, we felt treated with indifference. Several of us are professionals who travel frequently, and we've all agreed that we will not be returning to Hyatt in the future.

I arrived at the restaurant around 8:30 PM. There were only a few people inside. I was seated right away near the window, but noticed the ledge next to the window was broken and in need of repairs. The waiter was friendly and attentive. The menu was limited. I ordered the eggplant, which turned out to be unexpectedly spicy. I was surprised as I don't enjoy spicy food, and would not have expected eggplant Parmesan to be spicy. My husband ordered the seafood pasta and also found it to be spicy, despite no mention of spiciness on the menu. Overall, we were disappointed with the food and experience and would not choose to dine at this restaurant again.
The restaurant was closed for construction but still allowed us to make a reservation. However, when we showed up, we found out they were closed. I reached out to OpenTable and their only response was that they would notify the restaurant. If OpenTable cannot see the gravity of making a reservation for a Saturday night, dressing up, and then discovering the restaurant is closed, then they should reconsider their business practices. I will not be using OpenTable or visiting Villa Christina again, and I will advise my friends to do the same.
The waitress was very personable. The decor was inviting. My cocktail was delicious. We were disappointed in the food. Bread was cold and hard; butter could not be spread. We ordered bruschetta and we received pita triangles and a jarred tomato-pepper spread. Awful. We would have ordered a salad but plate of greens was $9.00. My husband had to ask for more sauce for his pasta; my eggplant parmesan was not good: thick slices with skin still on, very heavy, nothing on the plate with it. Overall, not a good value. Will not be back.

We chose this restaurant in a hotel for its location close to an event we needed to attend nearby afterward. The restaurant was fairly quiet. We found the menu to be fairly pedestrian Italian. However, the dishes were well-executed and the service was quite pleasant. Joel was friendly and helpful, and when leaving the concierge was great about explaining the parking deck system which is in transition. We were pleased with our food, wine, service and the overall experience.
Overall, I like this place. The front service could have been a bit better, as it seemed like the staff member was still in training. Parking was easy to manage. However, our floor definitely had a smell of weed, and the establishment should address issues like this more effectively. The room itself was decent, although we did have to switch rooms upon arrival. Honestly, I would consider coming back. Rooms: 3/5.
I had a unplanned visit to Atlanta and decided to stay here because of good reviews. Unfortunately it failed. The room was not clean. The bed had so much hairs…and lotion looked like it has been used. I asked for a new sheet and took long. Once I received the sheet I had to make the bed. Giving two stars instead of one because the front desk gave me free bottles of water maybe to make me feel little better?
The food was great and the atmosphere was perfect for a business lunch. There wasn't much noise, which was nice. However, the service was a bit lacking - nobody greeted or seated us when we arrived, so we had to find a table and seat ourselves.

The event space at the hotel is outstanding. The rooms are spotless, and the location is fantastic!
