We ate Sunday lunch here and it was to be fair to the staff, very busy. I think they were full. Having sid that the service was far too slow. We sat in an annex at the end of the main restaurant which felt rather bare and uninteresting. It may be that because we were out of sight that that exaggerated the slow service but we both felt that there were far to few waiters serving.The food was pleasant and very well presented but bluntly it was not worth the two and a half hour round trip that we especially made in order to eat here. Decent value I suppose but it was not very good on any single level. Just to be frank, it was fairly ordinary.I would not return and there are better places to eat...
Great degustation menu wine pairing my husband and I decided to come to the area after week in Barcelona. This was our first meal in Perpignan area. We chose the degustation menu with wine pairing and loved it. We particularly enjoyed the langoustine with wasabi roe in consommé and the beef cooked to perfection. The palate cleanser of prune gazpacho limoncello sorbet and grilled mandarin dessert were both playful, refreshing and perfectly executed. Wine pairing was excellent too. Very friendly service. Waiter spoke good English and put up with us practicing French : lovely evening. Highly recommended
The restaurant is a lovely setting, sat at the side of the new infinity pool. The food choice and standard was neither good nor bad and the price was reasonable, given the standard of the hotel. At breakfast the machine that generated hot drinks stopped working. At dinner we were sat next to a couple that chain smoked their way through the meal. I wouldn't rush back, but if I was staying at the hotel, I wouldn't travle elsewhere for food either
We stayed at Villa Duflot back in 2019 and really loved the restaurant (and the hotel). Although it seems that there is a new chef now, the superb quality has stayed the same: Excellent food and broad selection of wines. Attentive, friendly service. Perfect lcoation, overlooking the pool and the garden.

Different menu but enough that there is something for everyone...they do favour fois gras poelle which is not my favourite but I had a fabulous meal beautifully cooked and a beautiffuly chilled rose to compliment it. Waiting staff very attentive and helpful

Great place for a lunch or dinner, we were a table of four and were all very happy with the service, the food and the place. We will go back!
We were staying in the hotel so we had breakfasts and dinners here. The food was nice and well presented. Service was excellent.
