Long service Too many young people at the staff level: the mask under the nose or that is in full service. Too dark atmosphere that gives a not very clean effect on hygiene, in the room and in the toilet. High prices. Only positive, the dish we chose, from pork cooked to wood fire. We wanted to try a little, disappointed.

The dishes were good. The property is well decorated. The service was a little long (45min waiting for the dish). We were a little rushed, a pity we would have liked to taste desserts.
A very good restaurant on Gérardmer ( ambiance, service and dishes). The calf rib is just excellent and mustard sauce exquisite. I recommend this restaurant without reservation.
