I spent a family dinner waiting for my flight to Faro. Patrick, the chef and his partner, we've been as long-standing friends as we don't know each other. Its local and Provençal cuisine, elaborated with great love, has marvelled our taste buds. We keep in mind the chief's story and a good memory of our passage in this place. To redo without hesitation in the next passage.
