The restaurant seems to employ a lot of inexperienced high school students who lack proper training. I placed an order this morning and went to pick it up, only to find that one of the staff members was frustrated because no one was preparing drinks for the pickup orders. The cashier seemed indifferent to the situation as well. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect, and whoever is responsible for making the bagels is really in need of retraining—there was an excessive amount of cream cheese. I usually enjoy extra cream cheese, but this was just over the top. It’s disappointing, as I used to visit this place regularly, but I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.
I found this restaurant to be quite disappointing. There were over eight staff members on duty this morning, yet the service was painfully slow. It seemed like most of them were unsure of what they were doing. The cashiers, who were all young teenage girls, struggled to take orders accurately. The sandwich I ordered, which cost over six dollars, looked unappetizing and was soggy and unappealing. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money here.
Absolutely outstanding. Without a doubt, one of the best, if not, THE BEST bagels. Their everything bagel is my favorite. After having one, I can't eat one at another location without feeling disappointed.Their breakfast sandwiches are fantastic, their fresh squeezed orange juice delicious.Staff and service was great as well!
We love the bagels, they are delicious! The only problem was we waited for almost half an hour for our food that we ordered. The staff told us that the chicken for the chicken club was what was taking so long... not sure I believe that, but whatever. I will still go again because the bagels were so good. I've been to many bagel places and I even worked at one. Nothing comes close to how amazing these bagels are. They are so soft and doughy. Not dense and rock hard like literally everywhere else. My personal favorite is the French toast.
I went to order a chocolate salmon tomato peanut butter bagel at 3 AM, and the staff started performing an Irish jig and told me to leave. They kept dancing in that "jig" style until I finally left, and it made me feel very threatened!
I was in the area for work and decided to drop by for a large cappuccino and a toasted everything bagel with garden vegetable cream cheese. Both were exceptional! I was truly impressed by their attention to detail.
These are the best bagels in the entire Philadelphia area. I live in South Philly and still don’t think there’s a better bagel. They are always fresh and hot and the spreads are unbelievable! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
