I reserved ahead online and requested an area where I could freely FaceTime and not disturb anyone they accommodated appropriately, which is appreciated. I started with a red sangria very tasty not overwhelming, but I did start to feel a buzz almost immediately. Be careful up on you is an understatement. I've got lots to say about the Village Bistro but the one thing I say is the food is consistent. I got my usual, the lamb lollipop tapas and as usual they were amazing! Cooked perfectly I like mine medium rare) seasoned perfectly with a nice little arugula salad on the side was every thing I expected. My friend got the Chicken Cavatelli and loved every bite!! Of course as with two old friends catching up we had to get dessert! I was so excited to eat mine, I forgot to snap a pic.. but my flourless chocolate lava cake and her tiramisu were beautifully presented and equally delicious! Add a cappuccino and we had one perfect afternoon!
I intended to express my disappointment with this restaurant, mainly due to its unusual menu—there were no salads with protein options, no lunch menu, and it was quite pricey—along with a peculiar decor reminiscent of a grandmother's attic that seemed to be appreciated by other diners. However, the Village Burger I ordered was absolutely delicious. For the first time, it felt like I was eating a burger that had just come off a backyard grill. It was incredibly tasty, though at $18, still on the expensive side. While I'm uncertain if I'd return given the initial frustrations I mentioned, the Village Burger definitely stood out.
I gathered with six friends for a holiday lunch, and to our delight, we were the only ones in the restaurant, which meant we had the entire staff at our service. The restaurant was beautifully decorated for the holidays, and with the sun shining, the dining room looked stunning. We kicked off our meal by sharing a few appetizers along with some house wines from Chile, both red and white. Everyone was very pleased with the food; the portion sizes were generous, and our choices left us all very happy. What more could we ask for? Great company, attentive service, and delicious food – we truly enjoyed ourselves.

This is a lovely place for dinner. The service was outstanding and prompt. We dined outside, enjoying a pleasant evening. The shrimp was very fresh and delicious, and all the food we tried was great. We also had the pizza, which is baked in a brick oven, and the crust was perfectly cooked. On Fridays, they have a magician performing, which made for a fun way to pass the time while waiting for our meals. We will likely return here again.
Food was outstanding. Guacamole, chorizo, tortilla chips, ahi tuna and the paella were flavorful and fresh. Ambiance was lively. Mixed crowd between bar and dining area. Very chill. Service was meh. Waitress wasn 't particularly attentive. It felt like everyone was just all business as opposed to hosting us and making us feel welcomed like we do at many other establishments in the area.
Such a cozy restaurant right by the coast! Their menu had such a great variety of Mediterranean dishes. We were happy with everything we ate! Attentive service, and I appreciated that they made me a fantastic pineapple mojito mocktail. This is a great spot to know about!
Great food i had the Grilled Octopus and it was so good. My husband had Sourh Seas Duck with past which he really enjoyed. Our service was top notch will definitely be back.
