I first discovered the Village Bottle Shop Tasting Room when SALT at Kakaako was still developing, long before the pandemic. This gem is nestled among the various fine restaurants and bars in SALT. While it is a bit on the pricier side, they offer a selection of craft beers and microbrews that you may have never heard of, or that are hard to find anywhere else on Oahu. Their rotating tap list is quite impressive. You can either sample a few options by ordering flights (4 oz) or opt for a full glass (10 oz). Very cool place to grab a beer and a bite to eat. Rotating taps featuring a mix of local, American, and European beers as well as some ciders and wines. Food menu mostly contains small items like hand pies, jerky, and charcuterie but the food is good. A bit pricy, but the food is unique enough and the beer selection is good enough for it to be worth it. They validate for parking in the SALT structure. There are also to-go drinks available for sale in the refrigerated cases near the entrance.
This is my favorite local spot. They offer a rotating selection of taps featuring different beers from across the US, alongside fantastic local craft options. Their fridge is stocked with a wide range of bottled and canned beers from around the globe. I'm always eager to try something new, and they certainly have plenty to choose from. Awesome to see a bottle shop with a nice variety of beers on tap. Their website shop was up to date love how they have the ability to show the status of the kegs as well for each of the beers on tap.Super friendly staff with a great atmosphere inside out, they even have a couple of TV'S as well so you can watch the game while you have your beverage.Super stoked to visit again in the future when we vacation there! I really like this place. They have beer and wine on tap. For food, they have interesting small bites. We tried the chicken pot pie, and it was great.Parking: There is a parking structure for this place. Just make sure to have every shop validate.
Finally a place that has authentic German beer and Pretzels! Cozy pub in a fresh area. Loved the pretzels and wide selection of beers. Football and baseball were on in the background but relaxed conversation was easy. Definitely will return.

I love the food here and my friends I hang with love the selection of beer (I don't drink beer personally). The selection of whiskey is also pretty good. They sometimes have a live DJ and he plays great music. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
If your looking for a cool hipster place to drink a couple beers with some friends I would recommend this place. It has a great variety of beer plus some that they have brewed themselves.
