I am so happy that I discovered this restaurant. I absolutely loved the atmosphere, from the music to the courtyard in the back, to the charming cowboy doors and the cute skeletons hanging from the ceiling. The food was incredible! I definitely overate because it was just that good. The service was excellent, the staff made us feel very welcome... attentive but not overbearing. I can't wait to come back to Village Cantina soon.
enter, though a small, simple square in yarraville. beautiful young lady mexican greeted us cordially to a table for margarita bier found quickly his way to the table we were gone. short but informative explanation...of the menu, ordering to the kitchen staff pronto. divided plate for amigos to begin, followed by big carne toos shared the crème de le crème lammrippen mins to cook but wait good!
'This place is el terriblay ' said no Juan ever. Chu should not go past the nachos to start, followed by the pollo quesadillas, which I truly believe cannot be Trumped. Ample street parking available, and just 200 metres from Yarraville station if that 's your loco motive. This Cantina leaves other imitations Danny Trejailing in it 's wake. But I 'm sure they 'd be gracias in defeat.
Really lovely and quaint restaurant. My partner and I are big fans of Mexican food so we decided to try Village Cantina because of all the good reviews...... I'm so glad we did!! The staff were friendly and very attentative! I had the Fish Tacos which were the BOMB! Plus to top it all off they didn't skimp on the portion size. Highly recommend if you like great Mexican food! Amazing food. Everything was fresh, tasty delicious. The Jalapeno Poppers Cauliflower Tacos were huge hits. Staff were friendly efficient. Cocktails went down a treat too. It was a little drafty the toilet its location were the only downside. Service food make those easy to forget!
#nomnomnom the yummiest Mexican street food I've had in ages! It's fresh, fast and delicious. What more could you ask for?! The owner is friendly and knows his stuff. Try the bbq corn, jalapeño poppers, chicken strips, corn balls, and tacos to name a few... Get there now! :
Village Cantina, delicious food and margaritas and the staff couldn't have been nicer, the bonus birthday surprise, was very much appreciated by all. Can happily recommend this Mexican Restaurant in Yarraville TOPS
The real deal! Closest mexican eatery that you will get to Mexico. Decór was brilliant....amazing art pieces. Highly recommended. Oh...and the Margarita was amazing...best in Oz by far Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
