My husband and I are in contract with a house in lake grove wanted to see the area, so after we went to eat and this place came up! Omg amazing Arianna was an amazing waitress! She was so nice very attentive. The drinks we?re great highly recommend the blackberry mule. Food was great we got the tots for starter, then he had the curly sandwich and I had the o-healthy wrap. Food was great proportions we took half home to save. Bill was reasonable! Definitely check it out

I had my husband's 65th Birthday Party in the Bar area and it was amazing. The Staff was so accommodating. They couldn?t do enough for us. Nicole the girl who?s in catering was absolutely the best. She help me With everything . I would recommend my family friends to the Village idiot for Parties always and I will have my Parties there again. It was the best and my husband had a blast. Thank you again.

If you're looking for a bar that at least pretends to value your business, this isn’t the place. The service was terrible, the atmosphere was lifeless, and the prices were outrageous. I spent $100 on 24 wings and a few pints, and left feeling foolish. I guess the name fits. The only positive was that you could tell they regularly clean their taps.
If you ever visit this restaurant, you absolutely have to ask for Ashley as your waitress. She is incredibly friendly and makes you feel like part of the "VIP" family—so sweet! We loved her on both occasions we visited and will definitely return just because of her! (Not to mention, the food is really delicious and the portions are generous!)
I had a pretty good experience at this restaurant. The place was very clean, and the server was excellent. The food exceeded my expectations; the wings had a nice crunch and a lot of flavor. My panini was quite tasty, and the onion rings were also good. I will definitely eat here again when I’m further into Long Island.

I absolutely love this place! The atmosphere is fantastic, and some days they even have live music. I tried the short rib burger, and it was delightful. The onion rings were perfectly crispy and tasted amazing.
