I visited the Village Inn after the restaurant next door was too crowded for my liking. I wanted to avoid a long wait and potentially poor service, so I decided to give Village Inn a try. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted and seated immediately. They offered a variety of country-style dinners and breakfast items all day long. First, our waitress was awesome! Great and friendly service! Helped us with menu decisions. Food was really good, considering we got dinner plates and not breakfast like we usually do. So it was a pleasure to get a decent dinner for a decent price. Again, with the great service from our waitress, it was a really good experience. Pies are good, but I go there for the breakfast, and now dinner.
Let’s start off with the portion sizes. I got plenty of food and I’m a very big boy. Next the food is very delicious. I got biscuits and gravy and they were amazing. The steak and eggs was cooked perfectly, the waffles were big and fluffy, the country fried steak was perfectly breaded and the pancakes were perfect. They are also known for their pies. This was an amazing dinning experience.

The food, the service we're both good. Since it was a late breakfast it was uncrowded. The only complaint was my wife's eggs came out so late she had already finished her breakfast. The retro atmosphere is pretty cool. If you're in the mood for pies they have a great selection and they're awesome tasting.
My meal was incredibly disappointing. It felt like someone had taken half of it in the kitchen before it reached me. The flavors are still the same, but the portion sizes have shrunk to less than half of what they used to be, and they didn't include my sides either.
Tried the village for lunch today, it seems Tuna is this week's theme. I had their Tuna melt on sourdough. The food was done in less than 5 minutes, which is odd for sure. I thought it was pretty good, it came with fries and 2 pickle
I absolutely loved it! The line cook was definitely on top of their game today. I ordered the California skillet, and it was honestly the best breakfast I've had in a really long time.

I mean it’s a village inn. The eating is based on rating for village inn. The food is village inn quality. The restaurant is big and clean. The pie was delicious.
