Einige Freunde und ich haben kürzlich in Vims Restaurant gegessen. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, da das Essen sehr gewöhnlich war und nicht bis zu ihrem üblichen hohen Standard ist. Die Vorspeisen von Satay Huhn, Frühlingsrollen waren sehr klein. Hauptgericht, das Butterhuhn-Serving war auch recht klein und die Sauce sehr dünn und laufend. Das Lammkorma war nicht viel besser. Ich habe in Mand's Indian Restaurant in Avoca St Randwick viel bessere Gerichte gegessen. Meine Freunde und ich werden nicht nach Vims für eine andere Mahlzeit zurückkehren. Es war früher ein ausgezeichnetes Restaurant und ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, aber nicht mehr.
we wanted to go to bake bar, but we don't have a service for 15 minutes, so we thought we would take our use next door. the next door is an exotic looking Malaysian restaurant called vim’s. what a wonderful decision, which was how we enjoyed our hearty meal of a nice rogue, long fancier, roti canai with chicken curry and mango leti. the food was delicious and the aromas were fantastic. the service was caring and yet unobtrusive and made us feel at home. it felt like we were eating in an old tante house.
Dies war eine echte Enttäuschung. Das Tintenfisch war extrem scharf, und es hat dies nicht in der Speisekarte angegeben. Das Hühnercurry hatte ein paar Hühnchenstücke und war hauptsächlich Sauce. Eine schreckliche Mahlzeit, die viel zu viel kostet, was es war.
the bark rendang and the chicken atam were so hot that they were not edible. I love malay, Thai and Indian cuisine and am not shy of hot food. the heat was so exaggerated that she killed every taste. really venerable. cook was also rude. never again.

well authentic Malaysian cuisine full of original aromatics says someone who lived in Malaysia for two years. the service is left, however, and the prices are quite high for a take-off type food.
Vim’s kitchen is a very special place. combines chique eastern suburbs hipster diner with authentic Malaysian family kitchen. I have been regular since the last 5 years!
This restaurant is small, dark and cosy so I would suggest booking beforehand (boyfie and I waltzed in at 8.00pm on a Saturday and scored the last table

The flavor and fragrance of the dishes were wonderful.
Ayam Masak Lemak - Vims Butter Chicken was very tasty.
The food is appears well and the customer service okay, however I felt I was basically crunching on MSG crystals as I ate my dish.
