I was glad that I finally decided to come to Vin Rogue for dinner. Our server, Jason, was great and provided some great recommendations. We ordered appetizers, entrees and dessert. The escargot and sweetbreads were both full of flavor and were a great start. We then ordered the chicken with tarragon and Dijon willow and the poisson du jour, which was seared scallops Provençal.
