This places is literally garbage food. There's absolutely no love. Horrible vegan place. Do yourself a favor and go to Orange County down in garden grove to get yourself yummy vegan food made with love (saying this bc I used to work for most of them). Honestly yall should go to the sun vegan. The head chef there is literally a magician and she cooks with nothing but love and honest ingredients. This guy vinh Loi reached out to me and said his food has no msg and no fake stuff like that makes his food on another level but I've tried to this place and it's super underwhelming. Don't go here , he's robbing you of your money. This man cannot take any criticism and is a liar and there are reviews...
The main word is.. AMAZING! Okay you cannot go wrong with this place and know that what you’re going to order is going to be delicious!!! I know that you’re probably thinking, “Vietnamese vegan? Is that really good?” Well guess again, it’s soooo good. It’s one of those places you’re not going to regret it. The food is delicious, the ingredients are clean, the owner and staff is friendly. It was okay. Came here because of all the great reviews and I have to say I was really disappointed. What we loved most was the vegan spring rolls it tasted fresh with the right about of lettuce and herbs that was very close to the real spring rolls. Dipping sauce was just right. Cari chay was good. The broth was tasty but didn't have much going on in the soup. They gave a lot of broth though. The banh mi had fried dumplings on top that made it difficult to eat as a sandwich. I have desired to eat at this restaurant for sometime now. I finally tried it and it was quite disappointing. I paid $13 for a pound of fried tofu which essentially was a tub of tofu that on average would cost less than $3.00. The orange chicken was listed as a popular item. The proportion of rice and actual orange chicken was drastically disproportionated for $18. However the ube dessert was pleasing. Based on my takeout food experience, I would not recommend this restaurant. Cold noodle salad is my jam. I've probably had it a good 20x now and it's been consistently amazing. It's so good that even my very picky non vegan family members request the cold noodle salad, garlic tofu, and bbq drumsticks whenever we get together at my place. Their desserts are also amazing- fave is the carrot cake but I recommend the slices not the whole cake (was a bit on the dry side when sis got it for my bday but did not stop me from wolfing down the whole thing. best vegan joint in all of la/Oc, including crossroads kitchen. That's saying a lot.
This place is awesome! The best vegan meat I 've ever had. I 've only ordered for delivery and it always arrives quickly and is absolutely delicious! I love their vegetable soup and spring rolls with vegan shrimp . Affordable and absolutely addictive. I 'm a customer for life!
If you would like vegetarian vegan place, this is the place! The food is delicious! The service and ambiance is very friendly! I ate bun Bo hue, pho and chicken nuggets! It was so good. A must try! I'll come back again!
I came here for my sister in law's bday dinner. I ordered the thai iced tea and the salad. I enjoyed both! the salad was a large portion and I couldn't finish it all. staff friendly. cute decor. plenty of parking.
We are addicted to the food. If we are not cooking at home this is where we eat. The K1 soup is super delicious nutritious! Everything they serve is fulfilling!
