After experiencing an incredibly hot day in Perth (40C), my group of two couples decided to dine at our local Indian restaurant. We were looking forward to enjoying a night out and escaping the heat, as well as avoiding the hassle of cooking at home. Unfortunately, the restaurant was uncomfortably hot inside, and it was clear that the air conditioning was struggling to cool the room after such a scorching day. Despite this, we decided to stay and started with vegetable samosas, followed by lamb, chicken, and beef curry with steamed rice and naan bread. I have visited Vitasat twice in the last week. I can definatly say that the food is Delicious well presented and good value for money.You would have to travel far and wide to taste a Butter chicken that comes close to Virasats. I have also had the Lamb Saag, Beef Madras, they are all amazing lovingly made with tender and tasty ingredients. Accompanying the meals we had Safron rice , Homestyle riate and pickles.This will definitely not be the last time I visit this friendly and beautifully decorated local establishment.
We ordered for home delivery. Never, ever again. Beef Korma? No, salty slop. We even got adventurous and tried goat curry.....salty slop again. In fact, we ordered almost $130 worth of various dishes. This is without a doubt the WORST INDIAN FOOD WE HAVE TRIED TO EAT. Our advise? There is much better in the local,area.......even the Railway Markets is much better than this overpriced slop. All sauce, no meat. Not that,it could be eaten anyway. Oh well, in the freezer awaiting rubbishe day.
This place was recommended from a work colleague so thought we would give it a go we ordered chicken vindaloo ,onion bhaji ,pilau rice,2nans 1 garlic,1keema I picked the order up when I started to plate the food up onion bhajis where very small the size of a ten cent coin ,the curry was like soup very watery and tasteless no spice or heat to the dish the rice was gluggy the garlic nan was ok the keema was loaded with grease it was shocking I wouldn't recommend Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
We have eaten at this restaurant a few times now and have had the Thali meal which is at the moment 2 persons for $35. There are 3 versions of the Thali to be had, Vegetarian, North Indian or South Indian. I had the vegetarian on each occasion and my husband had the north Indian. Very tasty and plenty of variety. Also you get a choice of lassi (a drink). They do charge corkage but only very minimal charge. Would definitely recommend.
We had a bad experience this restaurant for my son birthday party. Customer service was very poor no smile n rude our guest weren't serve properly some table got snacks n some didn't .they told us they could accomodate 80 people but we had around 60 they weren't able to move.for main course the were just gravy we had to ask to put meat all the time I won't recommend anyone to go there

We hosted a birthday party at the restaurant. The staff was extremely accommodating and the food and service were excellent. The location is convenient in Canning Vale, but still far enough away from heavy traffic. I highly recommend this restaurant for parties of up to 40 people. It is a great value for the price. A good restaurant which turned disappointing. We used to get good serves of the curries, now we find they have not much meat and are filled with gravy. Very disappointed as they started out well when they first opened and after a few visits noticed the change in the servings.
