I'm not sure what's happened recently, but my last few orders have been inconsistent. For the same order, the base has varied a lot, which is quite noticeable. They even gave me the wrong bowl once. I requested "extra" granola, but there wasn't enough, so I had to add more myself. Additionally, I've noticed that they are serving less in the container now. I really hope they can get things sorted out because I used to love this place.
The bowls from this location are consistently underfilled and have very few toppings. I enjoy vitality bowls, but other locations do a much better job. Given that the price is $18, it's quite disappointing. The picture shows how it looked when I opened it.
They only added a small amount of the wrong toppings to my Love Bowl.
