I've consistently received exceptional service from this restaurant over the years, whether I've dined in or ordered delivery. No matter the time—day or night—they always come through for me. I used to enjoy getting late-night pizza deliveries during my party days, and even though those times are long gone, I still cherish their amazing hot subs. I appreciate that their delivery extends much farther than any other pizza place in Grand Rapids. This restaurant truly deserves every bit of a five-star rating. In the 20 years I've been ordering from them, I've never experienced bad service—it's always been great. Thank you for the wonderful service you've always provided!
My husband and I have had many pizzas from here and love the food. The service is hit or miss, depending on who is taking the order. One person is extremely friendly. Another regular one is snippy. Last night, we went in at 10:00 (they are open until 3:00am) We had been traveling and needed a restroom rather desperately. We were told (by the snippy worker) that the restroom was sanitized and locked for the night. She wouldn’t budge and we were forced to take our food elsewhere to eat. I was under the impression that Michigan law requires that restaurants have restrooms available for customers. I wonder if this should be reported, but don’t know where to start.
We got the original 14” pepperoni pizza and waited for an hour. We thought it was a long wait admittedly I had lost a bit of patience. but man it was worth it. Pizza was on the salty side and crust was soft and crunchy.. yum. Service was polite and the front desk did as much as they could considering they were so busy. Props to the chefs on a busy Sunday night and Amanda at the front desk for the grace.
I came in for pizza by the slice and it is really good, even if the crust is a bit chewy. But that's probably because it's a by the slice piece, the flavor is absolutely excellent ? the lady at the counter welcomed me as I came in and was nice as she took my order.

The restaurant had issues with drug addicts being present, and when I waited two hours for my food, they got upset with me for complaining. Ultimately, they ended up cancelling my order.
This is one of the best pizzas my girlfriend and I have ever tasted. We're so glad we decided to give it a try. The service was friendly too!
I've been riding by this place on the bus for years and finally took a visit. FANTASTIC food, great service, and super affordable too!
Our New members ordered 5 differebt pizza's tonight for everyone and they were amazing so was the staff!! You Rock !!!!
