This restaurant was a complete letdown. While I don't mind spending $100 on a meal, I expect it to be well-prepared. They clearly need to improve their ceviche tostada, as it lacked flavor. I also tried the Salvadoran breakfast, but it resembled a subpar Mexican breakfast instead. The beans, sour cream, and tortillas were distinctly Mexican, and the plantain was undercooked before frying. The ceviche tostada mixta included odd white blocks of tofu, which was surprising. I was also alarmed to see children wandering around the kitchen and dining areas without any supervision. I feel for the waitress, but this establishment should really think about relocating.
