Cute bubble tea store in palisades park. The staff is very friendly and courteous. We decided to go with the Burnt Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea with Coffe Jelly and it tasted amazing, the coffee jelly was epic, i was in search for coffee jelly at a boba tea place as I love it and was grateful to find it at vivi bubble tea, the brown sugar milk tea tasted smooth and the bubbles were very soft too. The one thing that takes the cake is the milk foam that is on top of the drink it is so smooth that it feels like a cloud. They have a nice seating space too, we were alone in the cafe and enjoyed the ambience.
Was so excited about this location but was unfortunately very disappointed. We ordered 4 drinks and each one did not taste good at all. The staff member was very nice but messed up our order twice. The oreo creme brûlée tasted like pure milk with a hint if oreo. The pineapple mango jelly tasted old and the fruit was not fresh tasting. The staff also assumed we all ordered a large without offering us size options, and did not ask how sweet or how much ice we wanted. I loveeeee boba and really wanted to love this spot but it was not for me. So many other great boba spots are available on broad ave.
I really enjoy Vivi Bubble Tea, and the drinks here are excellent. The place is quite spacious, which is a plus. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They offer a great variety of drinks, and you also have the option to buy a bear glass cup to enjoy your drink in. The popcorn chicken, slushes, and popping boba are all delicious. Everything is fantastic—no complaints at all!
Came to this location (I've been to this chain before) and it was clean from what we saw. Unfortunately the service was super slow. There was only one woman there and we were the only guests in the store. It took us about 15mins to get our 3 drinks. The quality was good, service needs that upgrade.

I absolutely love their popcorn chicken and passionfruit bubble tea! I just wish they offered Taiwanese sausage as well. I highly recommend this place!
Good bubble tea please not a fan of the Oreo crepe brûlée but my friends all enjoyed their other teas! Good customer service and cute vibe

I drove from Passaic, and it was definitely worth the trip. The food was delicious, amazing, and reasonably priced!
