I have been a customer here for a couple of years now, the food is good and the service at the premesis has been good up to today. I ordered a gluten free item through Uber eats and I received something that was not gluten free. I called just to make sure I could reorder to make sure I receive a gluten free item, but the lady became very defensive, said I was wrong and was really rude to me. The conversation sadly escalated making me feel really bad. I'm sad to say I will not come back to the cafe' even if my previous experiences have been positive.
Negative points:
Not happy with the food quality and won't go back again. Was feeling sick after. Lamb ribs were so dry and the vegetables were squashed below them, really bad presentation! Really noisy inside, staff were making so much noise while preparing!
Positive points:
Decoration was nice and clean cutlery. Staff service was ok and could be much better.
Recommendation:
Stick to Chinese food and don't try lamb, pork or even duck
My favourite in Fremantle....Honestly its the secret gem of Freo the to go place for a truly authentic Chinese meal! you literally can taste the TLC in the food as its sooo delicious! The atmosphere is absolutely inviting and the staff are all really pleasant souls. I would highly recommend...
I pretty much just get the fried squid tentacles and i really like the hot and sour soup (why is there not more of that around in WA???) these guys get the food out nice and quick, they are fresher and less greasy than a lot of Chinese places.

What a surprise. Amazing food and service to match. Hidden away in Freo. . Its ashame I just discovered this little Gem. Food was fresh and delicious. Good serves and reasonable price. Byo a bonus.
Lovely place. The tea was great and the char siu bao were straight up delicious, the best I’ve had in Perth to date. Definitely need to return to try some of the other dishes.
Taste of the food was fine but the portions were really tiny for the price
