Voland's Mokka - Tisch resevieren

I ordered a cake from VOLAND for my daughter's birthday. The saleswoman didn't point out to me that they only make mousse cakes with Styrofoam, and didn't say a word to the customer about the foreign object in the cake. When I spoke to the manager, I told him to point out to the customer that in addition to the mousse, it also contains Styrofoam. The store manager then accused me of being unhappy with the cake they made. Never again, and I don't recommend it to anyone. I've waited a month for an apology and still haven't received one.

After a few visits, I wanted to find out whether it was just me being treated unkindly or whether this was a well-known topic. Lo and behold, it's a familiar topic. The baked goods are great, so I can overlook the unfriendly employees (two people so far) and get two stars instead of just one... This problem should be addressed. With such a large selection of baked goods, as a salesperson you have to wait a little while until the customer has decided. The world won't end there.

Der Preis bleibt trotz neuem Selbstbedienungssystem unverändert hoch. Extrem teuer. Für eine Milchalternative wie Sojamilch wird im Jahr 2023 zusätzlich 1 CHF zum ohnehin schon teuren Kaffeepreis berechnet. Das Menü bei Voland's Mokka bietet wenig Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Update 21.08.23: Nach dem Lesen des Artikels auf workzeitung.ch und der Erkenntnis, dass der Besitzer Mitglied der SVP ist, überrascht mich hier nichts mehr.

Sehr gute Backwaren! Allerdings wurden wir heute von einer älteren Dame sehr unfreundlich bedient. Ich habe nur kurz an dem Würfel angefasst, da wurde sie bereits unfreundlich, sodass wir uns entschieden, unseren Einkauf schnell zu beenden und zu gehen.
