Voland's Mokka - Tisch reservieren

I ordered a cake from VOLAND for my daughter's birthday. The saleswoman didn't point out to me that they only make mousse cakes with Styrofoam, and didn't say a word to the customer about the foreign object in the cake. When I spoke to the manager, I told him to point out to the customer that in addition to the mousse, it also contains Styrofoam. The store manager then accused me of being unhappy with the cake they made. Never again, and I don't recommend it to anyone. I've waited a month for an apology and still haven't received one.

Solid bakery with fine little things, pieces of cake, flat cakes, etc. They also offer ice cream, although the quality here varies greatly. Especially with vanilla, I had encountered very grainy (almost sandy), definitely not creamy batches with little taste.

The patisserie selection could be larger. I think the atmosphere is very nice
