Vu Hyatt Jersey City

The food was delicious, the service was great. However, the place was dirty, the floors had food all over them, the windows were filthy. I don't know what happened to the cleanliness but it has definitely gone down. When we entered the hotel the windows were dirty. We took a walk along the side of the hotel and each hotel room window was filthy. It was not as impressive as I remembered it about 6 years ago.

Food was fine, but mainly American breakfast stack. I wish there was more variety with the choices for foods that take into account the price and that it is a brand of Hyatt. I just think that the hotel can even sell more than brunch with option for a la carte with a more diverse menu. The Filipino lady who visited us was very pleasant and helpful. Overall, the service was very good.

The food was very good, the view was amazing and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were almost half an hour late for our reservation and arrived shortly before their closure. Without hesitation, they sat and could no longer meet.

Excellent breakfast. The best server. A lot to choose on a buffet breakfast.
