Wa Sushi is a sushi lover dream! The quality and selection is incomparable in Metro Orlando. These guys know the business and are committed to the highest standard of quality and preparation. If you know what you eat and want the best, this is the place to go. If your idea of Sushi is a $4.95 California Roll, you can go anywhere and be impressed. Come to Wa if you want to try something new that you can't get anywhere else. If you have friends who have never tried sushi, this is the place to take them or recommend them. People I usually won't recommend anywhere unless I like the place. I've never recommended a sushi joint before. The food here is at the point. The type that makes the sushi and sashimi is super talented and has a flair for the artistic side, so although it tastes amazing, it also looks great. The ultimate tuna reel is great. The raven is something I command all the time. The take-out version is fine, but it is super good fresh. I would recommend ordering the wrong version. Salina and I went here quite a bit and we had no bad experience going or ordering over the last 10 times.
This place is great! The taste and presentation of their dishes and also the atmosphere is a place you would find in the city center. The service is always on the point. This is a rare jewel in a place like Casselberry. I come here as often as I can.
I've been in this town for over 20 years. I eat a lot of sushi. This is hands down one of the best sushi restaurants in Orlando area definitely worth the trip. Hurley's environment great staff outstanding great presentation fresh delicious.
