Whoever the girl is that was there now. 7/29/21 Thursday before closing. Don?t know her name but she was so rude! Their hours say 9pm when I pointed that out, she raised her brows at me and stuck out her eyes pointing with an attitude at the sign at the top corner of the door to tell me it?s 8pm that they close. When I got there it wasn?t even 8 and she already had the lights off and doors locked. It must?ve been 15 minutes before 8. So I guess they close at like 7:40 more like that?s the time they should put on the sign. ?
Today, I observed a customer being quite disrespectful to an employee. The employee had made a suggestion, which the customer didn't appreciate, and she responded with extremely rude language. Despite the situation, the employee remained mature and polite, although the customer's rudeness continued unabated. I hope that young woman is okay; she shouldn't have to deal with such discourteous behavior. This incident occurred in Fontana on Sierra.
That was the first time I was in this place. As you can see in my photo, I got a bandage in my food, I was order #147 on a Saturday night, and I tried after biting into the bandage, nobody took up. The wells were flat. Most workers did not wear masks and obviously did not wear gloves. I'm not going back to this place.
Leaving and not coming back bad customer service. Worker said they we closed 15 minutes early before 8pm. I asked why and a girl by the name of Samantha said because we are getting ready to close. The restaurant experience was rather disappointing. There was poor air circulation and no air conditioning in the dining area, making it uncomfortable. Additionally, the beverage station was unclean, and the overall ambiance left much to be desired.
I usually order the shrimp plate almost once a week, and it’s always cooked to perfection. My orders are consistently correct and prepared on time. I highly recommend this restaurant!
The customer service was satisfactory, and the food was decent; however, the steak had quite a bit of fat.
