As we made our way to Wabi Sabi, I spotted a poster in the window advertising their Lemon Chinese Tea, which looked both appealing and refreshing. Once we were ready to order, we decided on the Hibachi Filet Mignon and Shrimp Combination, a Baked Langostino Roll (on top of a Shrimp Tempura Roll with sweet sauce), and an Alaskan Roll.
After a short wait, our dishes started arriving at the table, and it was evident they were freshly prepared and beautifully presented. We truly enjoyed the freshness and flavors of everything we ordered. Our server also made sure to check in on us regularly to see if we needed anything.

The neighborhood around my office is not exactly a hotbed of culinary destinations. When a coworker lost a bet with lunch on line, I blurted out sushi before remembering the lack of a close by 5-star choice. He suggested Wabi Sabi and, being the agreeable follow that I am, politely sat in the passenger seat awaiting my fate. The strip mall here is packed with food (not foodie) choices. Health inspection grade is a B but we still went in. The food is affordable considering we got fillet mignon cuts and shrimp. The yakisoba was bomb , very flavorful. The sushi rolls were ok. The steak was good with their butter Siracha sauce. The Thai green tea tasted artificial, I couldn't drink it that's how bad it was. The fried rice was hella bomb. Honestly everything was good but our tummies did hurt afterwards. The wings lacked flavor but they had a nice crisp.
This place doesn't compare at all to the original Wabi Sabi. The food tastes artificial and lacks flavor. If you're not familiar with the original, you might not understand what I mean. The rice and vegetables seem like they're taken straight from a frozen bag. If you want a true Wabi Sabi experience, check out the location on Foothill or the one on Pat's Ranch. You'll definitely see the difference—it's a hundred times better!

Overall, we had a great time at this restaurant for a quick brunch. We had a great conversation with one of the sushi bar chefs who was new to the establishment. He was very pleasant and made us feel extremely welcome. The food was also fantastic. Sushi is sushi so I can't speak for the other dishes on the menu. But the meat was fresh and delicious. I would highly recommend this location for sushi.
Great service, when we went the food came out quick. They gave big portions which is great. While we were there someone was celebrating a birthday so they came out with a big sign with lights and happy birthday played on the restaurant speakers. That's a cool experience and makes me want to come back for my birthday.
I have been here since 2007 and would like to say that this is my #1 Go To for Japanese food. Great service, great food and a clean beautiful environment for immersion. I always get the steak, shrimp, salad and chicken-fried rice with a raspberry tea..simply the best!
The sushi was SUPER fresh and amazing. The customer service was really good and the chef was very nice as well as fun! I also really liked the Japanese decor. Will definitely come here again. Everything we ordered was yummy!

My favorite sushi place! I've been coming here since it opened, and the food and service are both fantastic. The teppan grill chefs are very entertaining, and sometimes the sushi chefs even join patrons for sake bombs.
I came here for the house fresh lemonade it was amazing but they filled the cup up with 3/4 ice no exaggeration but would definitely return and ask for light ice
