Stopped by for a quick to-go order, otw back to the hotel... Walked in to order, and discovered that G and Kool-Aid are the Dynamic Duo!! G took and called out our order to Kool-Aid, and Kool-Aid rocked it out on the grill! G even made sure we received condiments, utensils, and extra butter for those Waffles, yum!! The food was truly Waffle House's A Game!! Y'all, I'm so glad that we stopped by this Waffle House, instead of the one closer to the rooms. If we had, we wouldn't have met these 2, that were absolutely running it. You guys are AWESOME!!! Thank you again!!!??
Arrived there at 8pm Christmas Eve. We were told they were “closed” and cleaning the grill. They also told us that we could either go to another location or wait in the car until the next shift arrives in an hour. Oh and When we pulled up the two employees were outside smoking and they went inside and started “cleaning” I realize everyone wants to be with their family on a holiday. But Waffle House is 24/7 365 days a year.
Walked in this evening and placed my order. Server didn't call it to the cook correctly so it came out wrong. Got hashbrowns instead of grits in a bowl, got dark toast with extra butter instead of grilled toast and bacon was burnt instead of well. I don't know the server and cook were high, but Something wasn't right about those 2. Decided to go to a different WH and received great food and quality service.
This was a great stop for lunch today!!! Nice clean establishment with a pleasant, helpful and attentive staff. Our order came out and everything was cooked exactly as you could hope!!! ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? We ordered the All Star Breakfast and before I could get the camera out to photograph our food the plates were empty... Yes we will return if we find ourselves in this area again!!!

This is the fourth time my order was wrong every time i order here. Missing food so I know it's not just one person but management or they just don't care. At this point I'm wasting money going my to get my order fixed. It will be the 3rd time today if I go back and ask for the sausage I paid for. Won't be going back to this location again. People were nice though.
I just sat here for literally 41 minutes and the the server said only one thing to me, and that was it?s going to be a while. I Count 11 people occupying two tables and 1 to go. You have time to laugh with the cooks and one employee just asked me for a lighter for the blunt we just watched him roll?. The only reason I?m not laughing is because I?m so hungry.
Ken, our server, and Danny, the incredible grill master, made our experience unforgettable. This is hands down the best Waffle House we’ve ever been to! We’re on a family vacation and have already visited twice. Danny cooked our food to perfection, and Ken provided such friendly service. She is absolutely wonderful!
The customer service was great. The food was okay. They got our order wrong but made it right quickly. I barely ever prefer to dine in as it's always so uncomfortably cold to enjoy my meal, and it makes the food get cold too quickly.

Table wasn't clean when I sat down. Server was more concerned with her regular patrons, I was just side piece. When I was done eating I found hair on my plate ??
I would give it half a star. The bacon was burnt, and the pieces that weren't burnt were not cooked.
