Upon walking into the business, I was honestly disturbed by the out of control young people that we're employed there. They were talking about off colored subjects and using profanity during they're entire conversation to one another. I started to walk right back out of the door due to the negative vibe that I felt upon entry but I decided against it and proceeded to go ahead and place my order. I ordered the All Star without the waffle. The young man who took my order turned to his right and shouted over his other Co workers to ask a female Co worker would she cook my order. She replied back by saying no. They were literally acting like unruly children inside of a class room without adults!...
The girl working the night shift with tattoos all over her face was very rude and created a hostile atmosphere. The first thing she said to me was, "Yeah, what do you want?" I looked at her with disbelief, and she responded with a glare that seemed to say, "I've got a lot on my plate." For future reference, I wouldn't recommend bringing anyone who might be a little too carefree with their words here. This tough cookie might not handle it well. The way I spelled "Yeah, what do you want?" reflects her speaking style. I don't understand why someone would take a job where the main responsibilities involve interacting with people and taking orders if they can't exhibit a more courteous attitude....
The waitress mentioned that the tips aren’t given to them from the 20% charge you impose on customers for "TO GO" orders. Since we have no other option because the lobby is closed, it feels unfair. The staff deserves their money; it seems wrong not to give it to them. If I find out that this issue isn't resolved, there will definitely be trouble.

It's always a good bet on the waffle house! Good service and the food was hot a just what I ordered. Love the grilled chicken deluxe, but can't go wrong with anything on the menu.
The service was excellent, and the staff were cheerful. The food was delivered quickly, making for a much better experience compared to other locations.
The food was prepared exactly to my liking, and our server Rell was outstanding! I always have a great experience at this Waffle House.
