Oh my goodness, we have been waiting here for 45 minutes, and I overheard the server say that she didn't care. Even after being informed by another server and the cook about our wait time, she remarked that she didn’t mind if we stayed there all night. Why say that where we can hear it? We don’t even know her, so it seems unfair to take out her frustrations on us. I noticed other customers arriving, waiting, and then leaving. I don’t blame them because we felt the same way. Was she supposed to leave early or was there some other issue? If management doesn't address this soon, she might tarnish Waffle House's reputation. I think I will just spend my money elsewhere or cook at home to avoid th...
I'm not sure what went wrong, but the waitress named Al seemed disinterested in serving us, and it felt like we were being ignored. One patron struggled even to pay for his meal. Both another server and the cook pointed out that we were waiting, but we overheard her say she didn’t care and that we could wait all night. It would be understandable if something had happened, but none of us did anything wrong; she simply didn’t seem in the mood to work that evening. It was strange, as she appeared to be treating several other customers the same way—including a guy in a blue shirt, a heavier woman, and a man in a green shirt. Maybe she was supposed to have the night off; who knows?
Waiter was very rude and acted like I was in invisible! It took over 30 minutes to place a hamburger to go order! The waitress at the counter took the man's order behind me 1st and I still to wait for her to take my order! Rude! I would give no stars if possible! The two burgers were Wrong as well! The 1 star is because the review site quickly added one! Terrible service!
2 times this week i went to eat and never got served. The first time i went in with a friend we sat and waited for 20 mins and never had anyone say a word to us so we left. This Staff went above what was expected. Very nice!!! The food prepared . The best Waffle House experience Ever!!! They will make you fall in love with them!! Great Job Team. Murray with the motorhome . ?
The restaurant was incredibly cold inside. One employee was on the phone, which left the other two staff members overwhelmed with orders. The scrambled eggs were burnt, but the patty melt was quite good.
The waitress was excellent, the food was fantastic—thank you, Waffle House! It's always my go-to choice for late-night meals.
