This was my first ever stop to eat at Waffle House (near Iredell Memorial Hospital . I had not eaten anything for many hours due to a test I was going to go through, so when it was okay to eat, I stopped here. I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. I mentioned as I sat down to Betty, who was going to take care of me, that this was my first time eating at a Waffle House. As a Canadian living in the US, every time my husband and I would be near one, we were on our way somewhere and couldn't stop. The food was really, really tasty. Morgan, our server, was an absolute delight. Polite, courteous and personable without being intrusive. Will absolutely be back.
