This was our very favourite restaurant when we lived nearby. So we decided to invite a bunch of our friends there for my wife's birthday dinner. It is just as good as we remembered.This is a Sichuan restaurant so there are some excellent dishes you may not be familiar with from the normal Cantonese restaurants. Try the crispy rice. It is a block of rice that has puffed in cooking. At your table they pour the soup over it and serve it in individual bowls. Absolutely great and you've probably never had anything like it. Wah Wing is a delightful restaurant in an unlikely strip mall location. From the moment you walk in you know you are in the right place, as you look around and see a large contingent of well dressed Chinese families. Inside it is decorated in a traditional Chinese fashion along with bustling friendly waiters. And the food does not disappoint. Heavy on seafood, lightly prepared and nicely seasoned without MSG. We were taken to have Dim Sum at this restaurant and, even though we have generally been less than enthusiastic about Vancouver-area Chinese restaurants, this one serves good dim sum dishes, mostly on trolleys but sometimes with waitresses bringing trays of food from which to select. The usual dishes are tasty but so are separately-ordered noodle dishes, especially the ginger beef and beef with flat noodles (Char Hor Fan.) We will eat there again.

If you like authentic Szechuan food you have to eat here! Had a fabulous dinner with amazing service last night. The place was hopping busy but that did not effect anything at all. Table of 8 so we all ordered a dish. I did not try the lemon chicken or the sweet and sour pork but I am told they were good. The other dishes were more authentic and out of this world. This was the reply of the Manager when we asked him if more of our food was coming after fifteen minutes of waiting for the next item to come to our table. What kind of manager answers a paying customer this way! Rude and unappreciative of our business indeed

If your are looking for a selection of quality Szechuan dishes, this is the place to be. Well decorated restaurant with a superb staff. The service was excellent. Fresh lobsters and crabs. The spicy fried squid, ginger beef and BBQ duck were delicious.

This place is always awesome. Food is fresh, hot and served promptly. Everything you could imagine is available and choices will suit all guests. Love their dim sum, Hot and Sour Soup to die for. great choice in Po Co

I always eat at Wah Wing when I visit Vancouver the lunch special is very good especially the beef curry and the hot sour soup. I would definitely recommend Wah Wing for lunch or a special family dinner. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

All dishes here are tasty. Great spice level for Szechuan food. The Tan Tan noodles are the reason we first came to Wah Wing but the rest of the dishes keep us coming back.

Ordered in Chinese food last night from them. Every dish we ordered was great. Little more expensive than other places but the quality vs the competition was worth it.
