I had never eaten here before until last weekend. I ordered Our Burger Wahlbowl which turned out to be really good. I wasn 't entirely sure how burger pieces would taste in a salad type meal, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the flavor was almost exactly like a hamburger sandwich itself. Next time, I will have to try an actual burger. The only reason I 'm not rating this restaurant a solid five stars is because the speed of service wasn 't great and the waitress at our table didn 't come over one time to check how things were after being served. We physically had to get up and go to the front desk to pay instead of her coming to the table where we sat. There were only two waiters...
I have to say, they make an excellent burger. Whatever kind of sauce they put on their burgers is really good, and they give you great portions of food for the price. I added avocado spread to my burger and it was also very flavorful. However, it did make the bread a little mushy on the edges. The fries were a bit overly salted for my taste, but my husband, who really likes salt, loved them. My daughter also enjoyed the fries. The fries had a good real potato flavor, which we all really enjoyed.

My third Wahlburgers location. My least favorite. I didn't know it would be a sit down. Used to the counter service style at other locations. Anyway, the greeter was just so so. The server was terrible. A smile would crack her face which must've been why she never smiled, and we had kids with us who were behaving so what the heck is her problem, to not be smiling? When we walked up the bartender side eyed us for no reason? we got seated for dinner and it was fine. I got an impossible burger and a salad and my meal was 12/10. My husband got the double decker and tater tots and his burger was 5/10 and tots were 10/10. My little sister got a bbq burger and the fries and her meal was a 4/10. The fries also came cold. The servers are so kind and friendly here. The greeter when I was there (I feel bad I couldn't remember his name now) literally walked me through all the sauces that come with my tater tot's and then provided me with his recommendation of a slightly sweet ranch that paired well with the salty side. The people who worked here really looked like they enjoy being there. I think it is reflective of how the owner treats their employees and in return the employees make their customers feel the same. The tots and their burger are great as usual. When I go to Wahlburgers, I still live for their impossible burger. I have been recommending this place like crazy to everyone I know!!! High quality food with a low price! Poutine, normally a Canadian dish, is unbelievably delicious here. Next time I go I am getting an order completely for myself. Everything I have tried has been exceptional! For a quick sit down meal, this is the place to be. Not only is the food great, but I?ve never met a kinder wait-staff and general manager. Geoff does an amazing job going above and beyond to make the customers feel welcome and taken care of. If you are ever unsure of where to eat, this Wahlburgers is not only simple but phenomenal as well!
I visited this restaurant on Monday, January 16, 2023 and was not impressed with the service. Our party of five only received two napkin settings, and it seemed like the server lacked energy and enthusiasm, only doing the bare minimum. It's hard to connect with someone like that knowing they don't have your back. I prefer not to criticize individuals, and I believe the system and management are ultimately to blame. I did enjoy the food, but found the prices to be high. However, I appreciated that our bill was accurate and the kids eat free offer is a great deal.
There were fruit flies inside when I went. I know its summer but it wasn't like a stray one. More like four or five. I have doubts on the hygiene of this place. Food was average. Burgers are small in diameter but very tall. Hard to eat overall and was not a pleasant experience. I think the manager was there when I went so we were greeted well and had some nice casual conversation. Service was very good too. Overall ok. Except for the flies.

I was a little worried about the place after reading some of the reviews but it was great for us on a Monday at 11am. Both our burgers were very good although a bit expensive. Fries were excellent. Service was excellent with the caveat that it wasn't that busy. Parking was OK but could be a challenge when really busy. Used coupons that came in the mail which took the sting out of the price.
