You get what you pay for at this restaurant. The prices are higher, but the quality is consistently good. The establishment is very clean, well-managed, and spacious. I also heard they received generous food donations from Waitrose, including £4k worth of turkey for Christmas food packages. This alone is impressive. Good for them, even if it may not be entirely truthful.
Today, a very beautiful bottle of wine fell from my cart onto the pavement and broke into pieces, scattering glass everywhere. The response from Dylan (the manager) and Patrick (staff) was exceptional. Not only did they clean up the mess, but they also insisted on replacing the wine. Amazing service - I have never experienced such customer service before.
The Waitress restaurant in Worcester is delightful. It has a cafe and a bar where you could easily spend the entire day. The spacious aisles make for a comfortable and safe dining experience. The service is excellent as well.
