I've traveled all over the UK, and I can confidently say this is the worst supermarket I've ever visited. All the fresh counters closed at 6 PM, the shelves were empty, and the staff seemed miserable.
Delicious coffee, amazing cakes, friendly staff, and a new outdoor seating area. What's not to love?
