Although half board may sometimes have boring and mediocre connotations this is a different story in the Waldhaus a hotel with a rich history of famous actors, writers, artists who fled to relax in a hotel atmosphere mixed with charme outstanding service.
Wir, vier, hatten wieder eine schöne Zeit in diesem wunderbaren Zimmer und Restaurant während unseres Aufenthaltes im Engadin. Das Essen, Trinken und Service waren, wie üblich, Spitzenklasse. Wir werden immer zurückkehren.
We had half-board here and it was a great choice. The food is absolutely first class for quality, taste and presentation. It comes with a quaint, old-fashioned atmosphere of another era.
Lovely setting nice for a little romance, the food was excellent great salad bar and very yummy puddings, service was formal but not stuffy the staff were nice
