Walled City Brewery

We had a wonderful afternoon at the beer master class at the Walled City Brewery. Josh, the head brewer, guided us through 12,000 years of brewing history while showing us how he crafts an impressive variety of beers on-site. The beers were fantastic, and the atmosphere was lively and enjoyable. Additionally, it felt like great value for the money. We also learned about their exciting future plans, which include an expansion that will feature a taproom. Highly recommended!

Dining here offers an exceptional fine dining experience at reasonable prices, and it's also a brewery. I've tried six of their beers through a 1/3 pint flight sampler, and I loved each one—from the smooth stout to the zesty pale ale. The staff is attentive and friendly, making for a great atmosphere. I can't recommend this place enough!

The restaurant manager is incredibly friendly, making for a truly pleasant experience. I've been here a few times, and I can't get enough. The food is fantastic, and the beer selection is excellent as well. I definitely recommend it to others. Great job maintaining such high standards!
