I'm not sure what has happened to this restaurant since I stopped ordering before the pandemic, but it's a real mess now. Each time I've ordered recently, there's been something wrong with my order. Just yesterday, they charged me for fried mozzarella but sent me mozzarella sticks instead, and they delivered a cold pizza with the wrong toppings. I decided to finally say something, as I usually just accept whatever they send me. When I called, the person on the line said he would credit me for the pizza, so I called back today (the day after) to ask if they could deliver the correct pizza I didn't receive yesterday. The man attempted to charge me for it and said I would have to pick it up if...
Ordered a veggie pizza from here for delivery the other day and wrong pizza was delivered. Have heard from others that this is a common problem with this place messing up orders. Tried the pizza since I didn't have time to wait for another and it was okay, but how hard is it to send the right one? Better options in area.
Great food and customer service!! My mom ordered a meatball grinder but it had too much sauce and soaked her bread. So she went in and they said they couldn?t take her meal back. However, they gave her a new grinder without any attitude or issues. We will be back for more great food n even better service!!
I order from here all the time, i even go in for the lunch slices. For $5.25 you get two huge slices, its like half a pie and a soda! Ordered a ham grinder asked for it to be hot but got a cold grinder and the ham didn't even look like ham no flavor at all and lettuce looked spoiled,plus pizza was NASTY greasy, no flavor and cheese was sour... unbelievable ...I give this place no STARS if I could...?
This restaurant can be quite unpredictable. One day, the pizza is fantastic, while the next day it’s soggy—sometimes even the box is wet. On these off days, the pizza tastes stale and unappetizing. I just wish it could be as great as the pizza I had two weeks ago.
I ordered a chicken and bacon pizza and I have two things to mention: first, the service was outstanding, and second, the pizza was served quickly and tasted delicious.
