This was the best sandwich I’ve had in recent YEARS! I got the ham, salami, and mozzarella sandwich with oil vinegar, and asked for banana peppers as well. It was a HUGE sandwich, with A quality bread (crispy on the outside, soft on the inside) and fresh deli meats/cheese — and I ended up eating ALL of it in one sitting, because it was so good! I usually go to Matera’s on Park Ave (in Rutherford) because that has been my favorite after trying out a bunch of local places, but wow! Wallington Deli is so for sure my new favorite!!!!
I tried Wallington Deli for the 1st time today I ordered a roast beef hero the bread was perfection crispy outside and soft on the inside the roast beef was delicious the sandwich cost $11 and it was plenty big enough for 2 people HIGH RECOMMEND can't wait to try something else !! so sorry I forgot to take a picture it looked as good as it tasted
The tuna sub is a life changing experience. Hands down the best I have EVER had. My friends and I all just Inhaled one and we have been talking about how delicious it was for the past 10 minutes. THAT is how good it is. Order one if you want your mind blown and your taste buds to explode with happiness.
So my friend told me she found out about this from a sandwich group on social media. I was skeptical but wowza!!! Delicious and really nice owner. They have their own sandwiches but you can also create your own. Love them for concert tailgating. Try 'em out, you won 't be disappointed PROMISE!
This place is literally a whole in the wall, but don't let that deter you from getting their amazing sandwiches, we came in for the first, and wow, increditable crispy bread, deli meats and cheeses was cut to perfection, me and my wife really enjoyed our sandwiches thank you Wallington deli.
LOVE these sandwiches! Crispy, fresh, to-die-for bread. Believe me, my mom is Polish, she knows good bread and absolutely adores Wallington Deli. Definitely recommend this spot.
Absolutely delicious! The bread is crispy chewy, the mozzarella is a dream. You cant go wrong with any sandwich here. Our favorite lunch spot!
