Beware of fraud!!!! Actually, I 'm not in favor of this type of communication but in this case I 'm so annoyed that I have no other choice. When I left, the amount was debited twice and since then they have turned a deaf ear. It 's been almost 4 weeks now. Now it 's off to the lawyer. It 's not possible for a house like this. Sorry, I can 't recommend a vacation. Just a rip off! I could now write something about the service in the restaurant, but others have already done that. And I don 't care anymore. HANDS OFF!!!!!!! Room 214 on the opposite side of the street is quite spacious and fun, it's all a matter of taste, we didn't really like it, but it didn't bother us at all. Nice balcony facing the stream. Unfortunately you can hear the chairs being moved from the restaurant in the evening and in the morning. The wellness area is also no longer up to date. New floor tiles and indirect lighting would improve a lot here. Cool outdoor sauna with Kneipp pool/pond. If you're on an active holiday, hiking, skiing or biking a lot, the wellness area is more than enough. Leider eine der schlechtesten Hotelerfahrungen, die wir je gemacht haben. Wir hatten insgesamt einen vier Nächte Aufenthalt und wären am liebsten sofort wieder abgereist, was im Nachhinein die bessere Wahl gewesen wäre, auch wenn das Geld bereits bezahlt war. Die größten Kritikpunkte: Die Zimmer sind sehr veraltet und entsprechen überhaupt nicht den Bildern. Es gab keine Erholung, ständig nur Kindergeschrei! Im Gletscher Spa sind nach 17 Uhr theoretisch nur Erwachsene erlaubt, jedoch wird dies nicht umgesetzt. Direkt neben unserem Zimmer gibt es eine sehr laute Baustelle, über die wir im Vorfeld nicht informiert wurden. Wir hatten nur Frühstück und kein Abendessen gebucht und wurden im Resta...
Großes, sauberes Zimmer im Dachgeschoss, jedoch mit einer Badewanne und Dusche. Der Wellnessbereich befindet sich im neueren Komplex, was bedeutet, dass man bei einem Aufenthalt im Haupthaus mit einem Bademantel über die Straße gehen muss. Die finnische Sauna ist im Freien und ein Highlight. Dennoch sollte der gesamte Bereich an die Anzahl der Gäste angepasst und vergrößert werden. Die Bar im Haupthaus war am Samstagabend ab 20 Uhr geschlossen. Insgesamt war es ein guter Aufenthalt, doch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht. Da ist eindeutig noch Verbesserungspotenzial. We stayed for 6 days and 5 nights with halb pension- the Dog days. At the reception we received an upgrade to a beautiful designer room in the new building with a big balcony. From the beginning on the receptionist was very sweet too our two dogs and everywhere in the hotel dogs are very much tolerated and loved. We enjoyed the big variety at breakfast and the wonderful several course menu’s every night. The staff was friendly and worked very hard. Its a wonderful place for dogs and human! This is our favorite place for a wellness getaway! 2 hour drive from Zurich and it’s worth it every time. We always opt for the smaller rooms in the older building and they are always clean, cute, and comfortable. The staff is very kind and accommodating across the board. We spend hours in the spa every time we visit and never get tired of the view or the sauna on the hill. Breakfast is also a highlight, we always look forward to the delicious buffet with so many options. We regularly come here and will continue to do so!
We were very disappointed with the hotel. In our opinion, price/performance doesn't fit. The rooms in the Scesa wing are actually very old, some are broken and in need of renovation. In our opinion, the shaky stones on the terrace were dangerous. The service leaves a lot to be desired and you sit for a long time at a table that hasn't been cleared. However, dinner and breakfast were consistently good. We also found it a shame that we weren't even personally asked for our feedback when we left.
We stayed in the Scesa building for 3 nights. The staff is friendly and helpful when you meet them. After 7 p.m. you won't find any staff in the entire hotel. The rooms were okay. Modern is something else and you couldn't call it clean either. The drain in the shower was very dirty, the tissues were empty and not refilled. Dog baskets and food bowls were only provided upon request. Unfortunately very disappointing, we were happy to have a great time and think it's a shame what it's like here! Im November ist es gastronomisch ziemlich ruhig in Brand. Der Walli hatte geöffnet, also habe ich nach einer langen Wanderung dort zu Mittag gegessen. Der Geschmack war in Ordnung, aber für die Menge viel zu teuer. Nein, ich komme nicht wieder.
