This place seems like the kinda place a married man would go to cheat on his girl... Firstly it says no tank tops or cut off shirts for some weird reason. Then we walked in and everyone started to stair at us. We just sat down at the table right inside the door caz we didn't know what to do.. We sit there for 5 mins talking do we stay or go this is awkward and no one seems to care to help us. We ended up getting up and going to the Mexican restaurant next door....
Are you searching for a dive bar, and specifically, an Irish dive bar? Look no further! The majority of the crowd is over 50, but you may also find some younger patrons. The prices are reasonable and the drinks are strong. The entrance and restrooms are easy to access, although they are gender-specific. I didn't see a menu, but I did see someone eating, so I assume they serve food as well!
This is by far the best burger I have ever had in Kansas City. The cheddar burger is a must-try, especially with bacon. The atmosphere is laid-back and unpretentious, reminiscent of an Irish dive bar. Despite facing a significant decrease in business, they generously donated burgers to KU Medical Center staff during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. This place is truly exceptional.
I had a great time meeting Ryan, Spencer, Ryan, and tennis pro/Chef-Jorge at this restaurant! I can't wait to go back for burgers. They have great drinks, TV's to watch the game, and dart boards. Nice low key neighborhood bar and grill. I am sure the drinks are good I only go for the burgers and they are ???? They also have gift certificates available which my family absolutely loves coming here so I'm sure the gift certificate will more than enjoyed. Great spot.
This restaurant serves the best burgers in the city, made with McGonigal's meat. They also offer large tacos and hand-cut fries, which are always a hit. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. My wife and I come here every week.
Amazing staff. They check on your needs frequently and you are never waiting for a drink. If you want food I highly recommend the jalapeno poppers and the cheddar burger. Locally owned for decades!

I met some friends at The Corner for a game. We had burgers that were delicious. Fresh burger and Mertz Chaddar Cheese.
