The service, food, and atmosphere here is amazing. I haven't been to other Korean BBQ restaurants, so understand that my review won't be comparing it to others. I've been to this location at least a dozen times and it's consistent quality service. If you don't understand the food you want to order, just ask! All employees are more than happy (in my experience) to explain what the food is and how to cook it. This location is very accommodating too! I've been here with friends and our group ranged from 2 14 people. Obviously the larger your party, the longer the wait, so expect that if you go at peak times with a large group. Came in with three people only two of us ate but, apparently the servers saw my third guest eating, they couldn’t tell me what she was eating and there service was horrible when I tried telling them only two of us ate. When I said this is too much work for your business to not believe me, I’d rather not come here again if you don’t believe me and they told me that’s fine. I paid $40 per person the food was fine but to make a scene over a petty $40 for some food no one ate is ridiculous. I never got a refund for the $40.
The range hood is not working at all. It's not sucking in the smoke. The grill gets scorched very easily, almost every time. I was shocked that they call the first picture Assorted Vegetables. Many other Korean bbq places would give you a bowl of sweet sour lettuce salad as Assorted Vegetables. What a dissatisfaction and disappointment! I won't come back again. Go to some other better Korean bbq places!Not recommend!
Came here with a large group and as demanding as we were, the service was wonderful. The meat options are plentiful and also depends on the menu you select. The banchan and brisket dipping sauce could be better but overall, we enjoyed it and will be back especially for the friendly and great service.Food: 4/5
