I am a regular customer, sometimes ordering from here once a week. With that said our salmon crunch order delivered via grub hub had a strong smell. We all noticed right away and did not need or want to taste it. When I called the restaurant the lady I spoke to was not concerned (since she was the one training someone else and helped with the order) or took it seriously and even questioned if my impress of the fish was ok. , she also just said I would have to contact grub job for a refund. I am shocked by the lack of concern or customer care and service! I would have at least offered something (despite the third party) to make it right or assured that it will be checked and not going to happ...
