Water&Salt was NOT ONLY a great place to get ice cream with large portions and friendly staff, but the owner, Juan, came out to help us change our flat tire and laid on the concrete in the 100 degree weather. He not only helped us replace it, but explained how to do it ourselves next time. We got ice water after standing in the parking lot for a while after dessert.We are so appreciative of Juan and the friendly staff during our first visit, so come out for the great ice cream, large portions with low prices, and good vibes. This was my first visit to this restaurant, and my friend wanted to treat her niece and nephew to some shaved ice. As soon as we walked in, we were struck by the peaceful and serene atmosphere. I was also impressed by the wide variety of options on the menu. Sula Raquel, the staff member who assisted us, was incredibly friendly and delivered outstanding customer service. I make it a point to refill my water jugs at Water Salt every week. I'm a huge fan of their offerings and the wide range of products they have available. They also serve fantastic coffee, tea, ice cream specialties, and much more. The owners are delightful, and the staff is incredibly friendly. It's definitely a must-visit place in West Sacramento.

The folks here are such sweet hearts, and they sell such quality products. The shave ice is top notch, like you'd get in the islands of Hawaii. The alkalinized water has gotten me to actually drink enough water to stay hydrated, and the salt room really cleared up a lot of my breathing issues.
Recently visited Water and Salt. Morgan helped me understand the different waters they sell and she got me all set up with the glass counter dispenser with 3 gallons of alkaline water I’ve been drinking it for 2 days now and I love it!!! Thank you Morgan !! I highly recommend Water and Salt!!!

Great alkaline and purified water. They serve Gunther’s Ice Cream which is amazing. Try and shaved ice with ice cream.
