Waterfront Ice Cream

I visited this establishment today with my 2 year old daughter. We were enjoying our day in Amherstburg and decided to have some ice cream and walk on the water. We were the only customers there at the time. The young lady who served us was very polite. Everything was fine, until a Man whom I'm assuming is the owner came from the back room and in a loud and very ignorant voice says excuse me but do you mind being careful with those blinds! I looked up at him right away due to the rude tone of voice in which he used for no reason at all......my daughter wasn't playing with your blinds Sir or pulling on them or anything of the nature. My boyfriend and I recently enjoyed dinner at a nearby restaurant and moseyed to this parlour for our dessert. The staff was abundant, and cheerful. They greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. They were all busy cleaning and keeping busy, not standing around talking or on their phones. The ice cream parlour was clean, spacious and has seating in and outside. There are a lot of choices of ice cream, sherbet and sugar free ice cream, along with several types of cones, ice cream by the cup, sundaes etc.. We would definitely visit this establishment again.

I always take a drive to visit this ice cream shop every chance I get. I don't mind a drive from Windsor to get there. A lot of flavours, frozen yogurt and sherbet for every taste. Prompt service. Friendly stuff. Highly recommend for anybody in Amhertburg!

Two of us had ice cream. One in a cup the other a double in a cone. Better value for dollar is cup. Great ice cream. Service excellent. We were there on a Thursday about 1:30 pm and very few people were there. Very nice place

family owned and operated. always an abundance of wait staff to make sure you are taken care of in a timely fashion. staff is friendly and helpful. always lots of flavors to choose from even for the lactose intollerant

This place had a ton of different choices of ice cream. My son who is allergic to nuts was able to have the soft serve and he enjoyed that. The ice cream is very expensive but they do have some unique flavours.
