Go to Nick's on Broadway instead. We arrived at 10:15 and inquired whether they were open before the disabled member of our party got out of the vehicle. They said they were but we when we got inside they told us the kitchen wasn't open until 10:30, which would be fine except they said we could not sit down until then. They wanted us, including the person in our party who is in a cast, to stand for 15 minutes in an empty restaurant because it was policy! We finally had to leave because she couldn't stand any longer. We spoke to the manager who was incredibly rude, never apologized nor offered our friend in a cast a seat. We went to Nick's on Broadway and had a great meal and great service.
This was a really fun experience. The service was great, the view was lovely, but the conversation and company was the best part. We could have talked for another 3-4 hours before running out of things to talk about. The fact that the food was good was almost icing on the cake! I would definitely enjoy returning if I’m ever back in the Providence area.
lousy service. the beautiful view of the water is a bad depreciation to get the unfriendly and badly trained staff. there are many places in providence to get good eggs nick’s on broadway or the edge for more casual food to name a few. jump over the waterman grille and look for a more cozy facility.
Nestled on the East Side of Providence, Waterman Grille, overlooks the Seekonk River. It offers the perfect combination of quality fine cuisine with casual dining. I was very impressed with how prepared they were for the arrival of our group and seated us immediately.

Our favorite place. This is our favorite place to dine. The food and service are excellent. A nice cozy place to relax and enjoy yourself. Every time we go we try something different and we have never been disappointed. Highly recommend.
One of my favorite places to eat! The service is friendly and faster than expected. The atmosphere is fantastic. Don't be put off by negative reviews - check online for restaurant hours and information instead.

One of the few places I don't mind spending extra for great food. There are plenty of cheep yummy places to go but this is food perfict, woth the money.

Nice Surprise. I think this place has some interesting dishes to offer. Wasn't disappointed when I dined here, and it's right on the water.
The food was excellent, but this restaurant is not my top choice. I prefer the loyalty of the Newport Group Parade.
