We had our sons baptism at watermans tavern and we couldn’t have been any happier! From start to finish the service was incredible! The event manager was there to answer all of my questions even after hours via email and text. They were super accommodating with setting up the morning of, and made sure my party ran smooth from start to finish. The service at my party itself was also incredible. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my guests were all happy. For dinner we chose the buffet option and we were so impressed how many times they filled up the food. We went on a Memorial Day Friday evening, no reservations. It was crowded but they found immediately a seat for us. Kim the waitress was cheery fantastic and very willing to be a helpful server. We ordered hamburgers and food from the sushi bar, everyone loved their meals . The mexican coffees were Fantastic, delicious and reasonably priced. martini was great, and the 2 desserts especially the cookie alamode was out of this world. The homemade mango sorbet was ok. We mixed it with vanilla ice cream, which made it a much more delectable dessert. The price was very reasonable except The sushi menu items were outrageously priced and too much spicy mayo. Our group of seven had a really enjoyable and relaxing evening. Everyone raved about their meals. The food was delicious, including the desserts, and the portions very generous. My fellow diners had the Nachos, the Waterman's Crab Cakes, the SHORT RIB CHEDDAR MAC AND CHEESE, the Tavern Pie, and our vegan friend had the Crispy Brussel Sprouts (minus the bacon). For desserts, we had The Skillet and the creme brulee. Everything was prepared beautifully and the plates were full of colorful foods. Our server was great. She was attentive and friendly. A great night. I'll be back for sure because there are several dishes I want to try!
Delicious! Unexpectedly good. First impressions are of an older neighborhood bar/diner. Older usual customers and big booth and tables. One side has the raw/sushi bar and the other the regular dining. We ordered fried ravioli for appetizer, then pork chops and pesto gnocchi. Absolutely delicious! Honestly pure perfection. Portions were normal, not huge not small. Then we had dessert hidden gem and a cookie with ice-cream (forgot the name). Those were HUGE, those can be shared and we only needed one, and I have a sweet tooth. Service was fast and really good, on top of things.

Went there Saturday for Happy Hour. I had the burger and the wife had the grilled cheese on sourdough bread. My burger was tasty, when I finished my wife gave me 1/2 of her grilled cheese and I was like wow, it was better than my burger. I will be going back soon just to get another grilled cheese sandwich. Also notable they have a fuller whiskey list than many places in the area, I tried the Blanton, then Mitchers on the rocks. Wife had some tasty cocktails. We also tried the candied bourbon bacon, it was also good. Bottom line is we will be back.
Went for a date night. Ordered a few tequilas(limited tequila menu with only one reposado available) on the rocks and dirty martinis. Also ordered from the raw bar, clams, oysters and shrimp cocktail. As pictured one of the shrimp arrived without being de-veined and a steak as the entree. Our steak was ordered medium rare and cooked perfectly. Our waitress was amazing, very sweet and attentive and also made great suggestions since it was our first time there. Would def return for drinks and dinner but I would skip the raw bar next time.
Solid atmosphere although a little dark. Large accommodating bar with lots of booths. Weekday specials are definitely the savior here both for drinks and food. Draft list is mostly domestics and used to be much better. The app specials are great for the quantity of food and everything was delicious (try the nachos! . We have been here several times and each time we were very satisfied with the quality of the food and the service. We have tried the Sunday brunch, punch, and dinner. All were very goowould definitely recommend having a reservation. Atmosphere is great. The bar area has a beautiful surround mural of local sites. The dining room is formal and a great place for a quiet dinner.

Had a pretty good soup, salad, and burger. Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. Got there around 4:30 Saturday and had no problem getting a table but it was getting very crowded when we left around 5:30
