the waters edge was actually the hearth lounge. we sat at a table with views of the picturesque fred lake. it was a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. the menu ranges from casual farewell to seafood and steaks. luis, our server, was extremely knowledgeable, gracious and hospitable. our choice for entrees were the garnelen tacos with rice and the barramundi with a sortiment of baby vegetables. the dishes were beautifully decorated and our meal was lush. it was a beautiful evening.
Water’s Edge Restaurant at the Hyatt Lodge Hotel is not open for dinner, so we had to dine in the hotel bar area instead. There was a wedding taking place, which meant we were vying for service alongside the wedding guests, even though drinks and appetizers were being served outside. If you're staying at the hotel, I suggest looking for dining options elsewhere. I was very disappointed with the experience.
No reservations were needed. This actually is counter service with self serve drinks. They then bring your order to your table. The bathrooms also are located very far from the restaurant entrance which was a challenge for our elderly parent.
I was quite disappointed when we received hash browns with our breakfast dishes, especially since the menu clearly states that the "COMFORT" entrees come with home fried potatoes. The dishes simply don't feel worth the price without them. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
A very scenic place. Hard to believe it's in the middle of a town. It is very relaxing and romantic dinner spot. Wish I knew about this place long time ago
Eating is always high quality, service is great and location is good. we come back every year and are never disappointed.
The food and service were fantastic. We enjoyed dinner and drinks, and the atmosphere was delightful as well.
