This is a great place to enjoy a night out for the views and the atmosphere so long as you sit on the patio. There are overhead heaters which is nice. IMO the views of anywhere on the Puget sound are better than here so don 't go if you are only going for the view find somewhere on the Puget sound. The food is pretty mid, so I would stick to the more affordable menu items. They have an impressive selection of scotch and I was able to indulge in Laphroaig which is rare at restaurants I really appreciated that. I don 't understand their rationale about who gets sat where but I suspect it correlates with their incorrectly perceived prediction of wealth. We were waiting for a reservation we made...
We came here based off being in area for the evening. Booked a reservation and arrived pretty early before our scheduled time so we had to hang out due to how busy they were, which was totally understandable. We had their Wild Pacific Calamari and Bread Service to start off. The flavors were really good and the sauces were yummy for the most part. Wish the calamari were more crispy and/or smaller pieces then fried, as by the time it got to the table it was falling apart due to getting soggy. For main course, we had the SRG Wagyu Burger and the Ora King Salmon. This took a little longer to get to the table but once we got it, they were pretty good as well. The location and atmosphere are what give the place life. The service was nice; no problems at all. The food did not justify the price. The calamari was okay, the same as pretty much anywhere else around but smaller quantity. We splot the lamb, which was very good, but the sides that came with it were not. The potatoes were okay at best, what we think were carrots had a plastic flavor to them, and the sauce isn't something I could see myself using in any application. We both had a cocktail, and they were delicious, but given what drinks cost, they couldn't save the experience. Water's table isn't bad, but I can think of many better meals that $120 will buy. Bottomless Mimosas are the only way to start a sunny Sunday and no better place to do that than Waters Table! Went here just for the bottomless mimosas but actually ended up also enjoying the food. The fried chicken and french toast with Woodinville Whisky Maple syrup and hot sauce infused butter hit the spot. They also allow you to cycle through all four flavors of mimosas (Orange, Grapefruit, Pineapple, Cranberry) which is worth trying out every single one. Beautiful views of Lake Washington! Great atmosphere and great service. Popped in for a quick bite during business trip. They have an extensive wine and drink menu. Their food menu I felt could have more variety. I settled on the Wagu burger and let me tell you it was delicious, It felt like it melted as I ate it. Great flavors and cooked to perfection. You can park in garage across from the hotel and they will validate for you as long as it’s less than 2 hrs. Worth the try, weather permitting I suggest sitting on their outdoor patio over looking the lake.
Beautiful location, couldn’t beat it on a sunny summer afternoon! Lots of interesting activity on the lake. You should eat elsewhere. Ordered fish and chips and clam chowder. Apparently they were out of both clams and fish, no sign of clams in the chowder or fish between the batter. Eat at Ivar’s around the corner. It’s bound to be better. Come back to the Hyatt for a glass of wine and the views.
We absolutely adore Water's Table! After stumbling upon it during our stay at the Hyatt, we now see ourselves as regulars. We frequently return for lunch or dinner to savor the incredible food and breathtaking views, always accompanied by a bottle of The Chief Cabernet. This is a beautiful location as we sat right on the balcony and overlooked Lake Washington! The food was good but we felt it wasn’t very special, especially for the price! We had a nice waitress that made us laugh and gave us some good advice! I’m not sure if I would go back unless it was convenient (with it being a part of the hotel)!
