Disappointing service. We went here on Saturday for a birthday afternoon tea. Staff were unfriendly and slow to clear tables. We cleared the table we sat at ourselves and noticed other uncleared tables. Despite it being noted on the menu that there was a cake display cabinet inside, this wasn't the case. Not being able to see the cakes, we did not bother to order any. There was no table service and staff were disinterested in their jobs. Poor Service! Telephoned to.... Poor Service! Telephoned to try and book for brunch and their reception couldn't contact the restaurant and said it should be ok. On arrival I was ignored by the only staff member as she was making coffee, so we just sat down and eventually another staff member brought out the menus and told us she would get the table some water which never arrived. It's not that they were busy, there were only another 3 tables in use. We did eventually order lunch which took over half an hour to be served and was not served together. One couple was served and then 10 mins later the second. Overall the food was ok, but the service poor.
Never again. Went for coffee and cake ,arrived approx two thirty Saturday,reception from person on counter very cold and unprofessional,found table outside and had to clear table ourselves,seems a reluctance by staff to do this as other tables had not been cleared,birds were happy,no table service provided,went in side and asked to see cakes selection and told that they are in kitchen and to order off menu,no need say no cake selected,coffee arrived ,Luke warm at best,just like the service,for a venue with a wonderful outlook a shame it is not matched by the staff,if you are thinking going there,don't
Hidden Gem !. 10 of us went for lunch today (Australia Day) obviously the place was busy for breakfast, so we had to wait a while for our table.Naomi and the staff made sure we were served drinks before our table was set, so no problem. One minor blip with the risotto (and the bill was adjusted accordingly) but apart from that everything was excellent, . The location is absolutely divine, the food excellent and the service top drawer, but....... this management need to Bang the Drum and make Mandurah Diners aware that this place exists. It deserves to be packed out!!

attrocious is too free for this place to Sunday breakfast in best time. there was hardly anyone to say anything. the waitress claire was ill proven and unlawfully rude and condescending when I asked to replace my overcooked eggs. I was then with undercooked eggs with thin white with a sarcastic note 'here are their undercooked eggs! ' when I tried to give the manager feedback, it was uninterested. I recommend to them to go elsewhere, as I and the party I was with will be with.
Terrible. Came for Mothers Day buffet breakfast and was easily the absolute worst I have seen. Scrambled eggs looked like a cake, bacon not cooked, one plate of fruit and one of Danishes which were stale anyway. Nothing was hot. Had to constantly ask for things such as butter and coffee. Will never be back.
Disappointed. My husband and I go to Mandurah Quay all the time on the weekend but the last couple of times been down service not good ask for water dont even get it hope it picks up because its in a good location but poor service they will lose customers we heard 2 others complain as well such a shame
leones. had the joy at eating in the waterside restaurant for mothers day lunch. compliments to the chefs with their delicious meal presentation. compliments to the personal for the beautiful relaxing atmosphere that it has provided. very pleasant day round. many thanks

dripped for a weekday dinner and was surprised that it was booked almost completely on the wet and rainy evening. beautiful place on the water. eating is cheap and it seems to eat weekday and drinks specialties including happy hour drinks between 5-6pm.
fresh Thai food in fantastic location. the fry was beautiful. jasmine tee was also beautiful. warm service.
