Beautiful terrace, Horrendous Service I visited this restaurant on a Sunday and was delivered some of the worst service I have ever experienced. We sat on the terrace and watched the two servers and don't notice us. After the warning to the interior that we were sitting, it took another 20 minutes to bring out menus and take beverage orders. We ordered waters that never arrived until I went to the house and ordered 4 waters from the bar and brought them to the table. We were served 4 plates of food and 2 pieces of silverware. I was there to watch the Super Bowl with about 49 other folks from a Meetup group. Our hostess had reserved a private room. I loved the fact that the food came out of the kitchen right in that room. There 's plenty of free parking across Grasshopper St. The wait staff was wonderful and gave all of us separate checks. As a pescatarian, I ordered cauliflower bites. They were quite good and also came with carrot and celery sticks. My raspberry piña colada was way too sweet. The bread pudding was nothing to write home about. The ice cream it came with was good. Watsons, after many years a being my goto place, is in its death throes. I was last there February 26th and the place was empty with the exception of two elderly gentleman. I asked why the beer was flat, and the waitress said the pressure system was broken so that they couldn't serve and beer with a head. Next I asked for a drink made with Maker's Mark my drink came and made with Bulleit cheaper than Maker's Mark.The salad and French Fries weren't much better. The burger was delicious, comparable to many other fast food restaurants out there. A little on the fat side. Nothing to write home. Service was terrible. They are disorganized. Five servers and seven tables and missed a few more drinks. Whoever served the hot plate called out the wrong names or called nicknames instead of the name on the ticket. Angrily. How do you expect us to respond? I'm sorry if we don't answer, buddy. But I'm not sorry we don't come back.

It's Saturday in late February, with the sun warming the huge patio, and my wife and I enjoying the fine drinks, we watched as families gathered for lunch. Each with toddlers and canines comfortably by their side. We had a wonderful lunch of fish and chips this time. We continue to return for the whole experience. Good food, great atmosphere and wonderful service staff keeps us coming back. Ya gotta try it.
I have been to Watson's over the years and have always enjoyed it. Their food is pretty good for bar food. You should definitely give their burgers a go! The drinks are good and I love they have a nice draft selection. Personally, I love their patio the most. It's a large space with plenty of seating! There is often live music on the patio, as well. Great place to hang!
Although, I'm sure, it would be illegal to do this, you have a higher chance of getting a drink if you just bring your own. You probably could because no one really ever comes to check on you . Ever. So, why the two stars? The outside area is killer. Spacious, dog-friendly, and plenty of seating.
This is my fav local terrace bar! It's not pretentious, just a chill neighborhood place. The terrace is really sweet and sometimes has live music. The food is great and the drinks are cheap! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the service can somehow be slow.

Awesome decor!Great drinks!However not LGBTQIA friendly.some bar guest decided to start pointing and laughing at me, that was okay but the bartender seemed to know them and was very engaged with them. That made me uncomfortable.
We just stopped for drinks because it was an outside garden atmosphere which we love . Bella our waitress was fantastic!! Look forward to returning soon .
